Read the following scenario: Two physicians purchased a 12,000-square-foot indus

Read the following scenario:
Two physicians purchased a 12,000-square-foot industrial warehouse in Scottsdale, Arizona. The two physicians purchased the facility prior to consulting with design professionals. The industrial warehouse will be converted into a surgery center. After their purchase, the physicians brought in a design team to complete the renovation.
Using the scenario, write a 700- to 1,050-word analysis to understand the due diligence involved in the situation. Your analysis should:
1. Describe the stakeholders the physicians should have involved in the purchase.
a. Explain when you would need to incorporate the expertise of stakeholders.
2. Explain whether this was the most appropriate choice for building renovation.
3. Describe the regulatory considerations that need to be made with respect to parking at the building.
a. Use the following information to determine if the number of parking spaces meets the city requirements for the new building type:
aa. The industrial warehouse has 15 parking spaces and meets the parking requirements for industrial warehouses of 1 parking stall per 800 square feet.
bb. The surgery center is required to have 1 parking stall per 250 square feet.
cc. Calculation: known square footage of building divided by 250
4. Using the City of Scottsdale Codes and Ordinances and FGI guidelines, describe the industry standards that need to be considered in this situation.
Cite at least 3 reputable references used to complete your assignment. One reference must be from the journals/magazine listed in the weekly resources (i.e., Modern Healthcare, Healthcare Design). Reputable references include trade or industry publications, government or agency websites, scholarly works, or other sources of similar quality.

Audiences are stupid. That is a universal fact in film making (see anything made by Michael Bay). Audiences will forgive bad acting (see: Tom Cruise), bad directing (again, Michael Bay), even bad writing (pretty much anything on NBC). But the one thing audiences will NOT accept is bad sound. The two times in my life I’ve walked out of a movie theatre were based completely on the unintelligible words being spoken.
For this written assignment, you will research online and find a short video with bad sound. Anything live-action is open game here – no animation. But promotional ads, commercials, training videos, narrative pieces are all acceptable…go crazy.
Once you’ve found your video, based on your own experience and the lessons from the two video tutorials, you will analyze and critique the video, making at least 3 recommendations on how the sound could have been fixed. Remember you’re focused on the sound aspect – ignore bad acting, directing, lighting, Michael Bay, etc.
Submit your completed assignment by following the directions linked below. Please check the Course Calendar for specific due dates.
Save your assignment as a Microsoft Word document. (Mac users, please remember to append the “.docx” extension to the filename.) The name of the file should be your first initial and last name, followed by an underscore and the name of the assignment, and an underscore and the date. An example is shown below:

Imagine you are the health care administrator who has been reviewing the architect’s recommendations for toilet placement within the new wing of the hospital. The architect has provided you with four toilet placement options. The options are outboard, inboard, same-handed, or nested layout. It is important to understand the advantages and disadvantages of each recommendation prior to providing your opinion of the placement to the architects.
Use the Using Evidence-Based Design Principles to Design, see attached, to organize your research of evidence-based design principles and the four toilet placements within the new wing of the hospital. On the worksheet, you should:
Describe the evidence-based design principle for each layout.
Describe the impact on the stakeholders’ experience with each placement (e.g., patients, medical staff, hospital staff, family, and visitors).
Cite at least 1 peer-reviewed, scholarly, or similar references to support each evidence-based design principle.
Cite at least 4 reputable references used to complete your worksheet. One reference must be from the journal/magazine listed in the weekly resources (i.e., Modern Healthcare, Healthcare Design). Reputable references include trade or industry publications, government or agency websites, scholarly works, or other sources of similar quality.
Format your assignment according to APA guidelines.
